My professional journey started as a Chef, followed by studies in Public Relations, and later Digital Marketing. Le Jus is the perfect blend of all these passions and skills, aimed at creating something truly unique and beneficial for our community.

At Le Jus, we specialize in fresh, organic, and entirely natural juices. Our recipes are original and carefully crafted to deliver both exceptional flavor and nourishment. One of our signature juices, Yellow Chia, is inspired by the roots of Costa Rican culture, offering a taste of my homeland right here in the Hamptons.
